Elliot Felig is a former prosecutor and also a former Wall Street banker with a rare expertise covering both the legal and financial services fields. From 1996- 2009, Mr. Felig served as a prosecutor at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, under the direction of the legendary Robert M. Morgenthau. As a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of cases, from the most low-level misdemeanors, all the way up to first-degree murders. He also argued over 30 times before appellate tribunals on behalf of the government. In addition, Mr. Felig has worked in the financial services field, serving as a Director at one of the world’s foremost broker-dealers. He has also handled matters relating to a variety of regulatory bodies, and has significant civil litigation experience. As a result of his vast array of experience, he is called upon frequently in the media to share his insight on legal issues in the news.
